After the baby's birth, massage helps the body to return to its pre-pregnancy state, alleviate pain, promotes relaxation and therefore improving the well-being of the mother.

We discuss any complaints and wishes you may have. This will determine the planning of the massage and the best way for you to lie down. You will be supported by cushions and covered with towels. Massage during the first trimester (first three months) is not recommended.
